By accessing or using FunBox (the "Service", available at funboxs.top and its subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FunBox provides 88 free, browser-based games — arcade, puzzle, board, card, logic and casual titles. Every game is an original implementation written by us and runs entirely client-side in your browser: no download, no account and no sign-up is required, and we do not collect or store your game scores or progress on our servers.

The Service is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any game or feature at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• play, load or refresh the Service by automated means in a way that inflates page views or ad impressions, or that otherwise interferes with how advertising on the Service is served or measured;
• click advertisements with the intent of generating revenue for yourself or anyone else, or to defraud an advertising provider;
• upload, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable through any input field of a game;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, mirror or republish the Service or its games in a way that degrades performance or misrepresents authorship.

4. Games, Genres and Third-Party Names

The games on the Service are our own original code and artwork, written for this site. They belong to well-known genres of classic arcade, puzzle and board gaming — falling-block puzzles, snake, maze-chase, tile-matching, merge games, nonograms and so on — and genre mechanics are not owned by anyone.

FunBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any game publisher, developer or trademark holder, and we do not claim ownership of any third-party trademark, character, artwork or original game asset. No third-party game code or assets are hosted, distributed or reproduced on the Service. If you consider a title name or description on the Service to conflict with your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will review and correct it.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright Notices

The FunBox name, logo, interface design, source code and original written content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] identifying the work, the material you claim is infringing, and your contact details. We review and respond to valid notices promptly.

6. Third-Party Advertising and Links

The Service is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your interactions with advertisers and third-party sites are solely between you and them.
